Materials

  • 100 gr Butter Softened
  • 110 gr Light brown sugar
  • 45 gr Sugar
  • 1 Und Egg
  • 170 gr All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla v
  • 150 gr Chocolate chips

Instructions

  • CREAMING METHOD
    1. Beat the butter together with the sugar (if the recipe calls fortwo types of sugar, add both). Beat until the butter is soft.
    2. Add the liquids (eggs and/or yolks).
    3. Finally, add the dry ingredients and mix just until everything iscombined. Avoid overmixing the dough. Flavorings (vanilla,lemon zest, etc.) can be added at any stage of the process.
    4. Refrigerate the dough, roll it out, and cut the cookies. Arrangethe cookies on a tray lined with parchment paper
    5. Place the cookies in the preheated oven and bake accordingto the temperature specified in the baking instructions.Chocolate Cookies: Shape into 50–55 g balls and place them on abaking sheet with enough space between them, as these cookiesspread in the oven.

Notes

Always keep the dough refrigerated before baking. After cutting
the cookies, refrigerate them while the oven preheats. A temperature
shock (cold dough/hot oven) is essential for proper baking.
How to know when the Cookies are ready: Taste one before removing them from the oven. The flavor should be fully baked, without any hint of raw flour.
The cookies will be soft right after coming out of the oven but will turn crispy as they cool.
