STUDENT AGREEMENT

The student must notify a minimum of 24 hours in advance in case of absence. Failure to do so will result in a last-minute cancellation fee of Awg 75,-. If the student needs to reschedule a class, it will be subject to availability at the time and must be notified at least three weeks in advance*.
The Certification Program requires the student to complete 100% of the classes, turn in all assignments, and pass exams. In the event of absence, the student will be responsible for missed classes. The Academy is under no obligation to offer missed classes again, regardless of the reason. The student must make up such classes by paying the appropriate fees.
We reserve the spots by preparing all ingredients and materials so that each student has them available during the class. This involves prior work on our part and a commitment to reserve the space exclusively for the enrolled student.
The total payment for the program is Awg 2,850,-, distributed in 6 monthly payments of Awg 475,-. These payments MUST be made before the first day of each month consecutively until the total amount is completed. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE in order for the student to have access to the course classes. Refunds will not be made under any circumstances.
Classes will start on time. PUNCTUALITY is a priority, as it guarantees the quality of the class and its results. Students must arrive 15 minutes early for their accommodation. Arriving late may prevent them from accessing the class*. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

To increase the possibility of rescheduling a class, we recommend that students notify any eventuality at the time of registration.

TO MAKE UP A CLASS: Depending on our availability, the student may access the missed class by paying the corresponding fee. The cost per class is Awg 175,-. In case of unnotified absence, the total amount will be Awg 250,-, which includes the cost of the class and the last-minute cancellation fee.
