Our Programs consist of Hands-on Classes, Training Sessions, and Kitchen Lab. The students will learn how to make different types of cakes, desserts, fillings, frostings, jams, creams and much more, applying Professional Pastry Techniques with the knowledge to create their own recipes.
Available on Thursdays and Saturdays.
Location: Oranjestad
